Space is limited and subject to availability.

Please note: All applications are reviewed to help prevent duplicate or

inappropriate vendors. This process benefits both our vendors and our patrons. Vendors who have participated in prior festivals will be approved as quickly as possible. Once a pre-application is approved, vendors will receive a link to the full application form, including payment information.

Payment and Space Reservation Policy:

Payment is due at the time the application is submitted.

Electronic payments only. No vendor space will be reserved unless payment is received by the deadline. Payments will not be accepted at the gate. This is a rain-or-shine event. As a result, refunds will not be issued.

Vendor Categories

One of the following scenarios will apply to you. Please read.

If you have a tent set up and don't serve food, then you are a Merchandise Vendor.

If you have a tent set up and food is your main product then sign up as a Food Vendor.

If you have a Food Truck/Trailer set up and sell food please sign up as a Food Truck/Trailer Vendor.

Please acknowledge that you must come self contained, unless you are a food truck or trailer and chose to pay for a hookup, as there is no guarantee of power or water availability. Also you must provide your own tents, tables and chairs by checking the box.

Food Trucks/Trailers and Food Vendors: Permit number from your home state if not from Alabama

All food and food truck/trailer vendors please let us know what your menu includes. Needed for the health department.

All vendors please note: Each space comes with two entry passes. If you have extra workers, then a pass must be purchased for each extra worker at $12 each. Prices for Merchandise and Food-tent vendors are $80 per ten-by-ten site. Food Truck/Trailer vendors is $125 per 10-by-20 site. Food truck/trailer power/water hookup is $25.
