Submission of this application confirms agreement with all festival policies, campground regulations, and the Liability and Hold Harmless Release. Note: Please submit this form electronically.  Payment we realize in a few cases needs to be a check. Options in that case are pay and get reimbursed by your clan or mail a check to:

Liability and Hold Harmless Release: The Participant(s)/Applicant(s) recognize that participation in the North Alabama Scottish Festival and Highland Games (NASFHG) involves risk of physical injury, including that caused by the negligence of the Participant(s)/Applicant(s), Morgan County, City of Decatur, Point Mallard Park, or NASFHG. By signing herein, the Participants(s)/Applicant(s) voluntarily releases, waives, and relinquishes any and all current or future claims against Morgan County, City of Decatur, Point Mallard Park, or NASFHG for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring to the Participant(s)/Applicant(s), to the extent allowed by law. The following are Legacy Clans: Arthur, Baird, Bell, Buchanan, Campbell, Davidson, Donald, Douglas, Hamilton, Hay, MacDuff, MacEwen, Mackintosh, MacLeod, Montgomery, Murray, Scottish District Families Association, Stewart, Tennessee Valley Scottish Society, and Young. These Clans, Associations, and Societies took a chance on us when we started in 2023 and have had continuous attendance each year after.
